You are invited to visit us at 2150 Camino del Sol  on Saturday afternoons at 5:00 p.m. or Sunday mornings at 8:00, 9:30 or 11:00 a.m. for our weekly worship services:

  • The Saturday evening worship service is a contemporary praise service. Our Praise Team includes singers, piano, drummer, guitar and bass guitar.  Each Saturday following the Praise Service we invite you to stay for supper with fantastic food and fellowship ($5 per person suggested donation).
  • The Sunday 8:00 a.m. service is the Traditional Service.*
  • The Sunday 9:30 a.m. service is a Blended Service.*
  • The Sunday 11 a.m. service is an Old Time Gospel Service with favorite hymns.*

*Food and fellowship are available in the fellowship hall throughout Sunday morning.

Our worship and ministry continues on the same schedule throughout the year.

MIDWEEK LENTEN SERVICES

Our Midweek Lenten Services this year centers around two-person encounters between biblical characters between the time of the Crucifixion of Christ and His Resurrection.  It is entitled "Encounters Before Dawn," not because all of the encounters occur before the physical dawning of Easter, but because they all occur before the reality of Easter dawns upon the characters.

Mark your calendars for Wednesdays, February 24 to March 24.  Come for soup and refreshments at 6pm ($4 per person at the door).  Join our Hymn sing at 6:45 with worship continuing from 7-7:30pm.  Once again, we look forward to this devotional, thought-provoking, enlightening season of the year focused on the gift of the Passion Story and our Easter faith.  The mid-week services center on Lenten Dramatic presentations with two-person encounters with Biblical characters between the time of the crucifixion and resurrection. DHLC Members in Community Events

DHLC members are in starring roles of "Gigi" being performed March 10-14 at the West Center and the Community Chorus Concerts on March 22 and 23 at Valley Presbyterian Church. Enjoy these very special musical offerings in our community.
