During the very cold weeks of January 11 – 26, 2025, members and friends of DHLC mobilized quickly and provided over 500 winter hats, scarves, gloves, and more for the adults, children, and neighbors of Casa de la Misericordia y de Todas las Naciones. Knitters knitted, sewers sewed, and shoppers shopped! Translated as “House of Mercy for All Nations,” this ministry in Nogales, MX, is supported by ELCA World Hunger, Lutheran Disaster Response, and the ELCA Grand Canyon Synod.
Thank You for answering God’s call to help our sisters and brothers in Christ.
In doing so we serve Christ himself.
