Desert Hills Lutheran Church Sewing Bee’s mission is to make quilts that are given to charities for people in need. They also make quilts which they sell at their annual Fall Boutique. 100% of all the money raised through the Fall Boutique and sales during the year is distributed to charities by the group. They strive to make a difference in many people’s lives by providing a warm hug on a chilly night.
The Sewing Bee is about more than sewing. They can use your help in a variety of areas. Sewing is not even a necessary skill. Come and see what the Desert Hills Lutheran Church’s Sewing Bee is about and how you can make a difference.
