Mary Ann Rueger leads the Classical Yoga on Mondays at 10 am. This class allows beginners and experienced students to exercise together as everyone has different physical needs, flexibilities, and capabilities. The only requirement is you can get up and down from the floor. So, bring a mat or blanket and yoga blocks (if you use them). Mary Ann will help make needed modifications or let you do the asanas you always do but with a group. There is no cost for the class, but you may tip the instructor if you wish.
