Special Congregation Meeting – October 11
We want to begin by offering our sincere thanks to the congregation for your patience, understanding, and grace as we have walked together through the lengthy process surrounding the support beams in our Sanctuary. We know the past several months have required flexibility, and we are grateful for the way our church family has continued to worship, serve, and support one another throughout this unexpected journey.
A Special Congregation Meeting will be held on Sunday, October 11, at 12:15 pm in the Fellowship Hall.
This important meeting will update the congregation on the Sanctuary beam project and seek congregational approval to move forward with the proposed work to repair and strengthen the two support beams in the Sanctuary.
Your attendance is very important. This meeting represents a significant step toward moving the project forward and ultimately returning our Sanctuary to full use. We want our congregation to be informed about the proposed repairs, understand the work ahead, and participate in the decision required for us to proceed.
Please make every effort to attend on October 11 at 12:15 pm. Your presence and participation will help us take this important next step together.
Thank you again for your continued patience, prayers, and support as we work toward restoring our Sanctuary safely and responsibly.
