Summary
This weekend, we heard how Jesus gave an anatomy lesson on the digestive system. He taught us that it is not what goes into the body that defiles a person, but rather what comes out of the person that defiles them. Think of those times when you have said hurtful words and, in that moment, you know what Jesus meant. Sometimes we focus our attention on things that get in the way of understanding the true grace that has come because of our Lord. May this day be one filled with the blessings that come from our hearts and of our minds.
