Summary
Jesus is still at the house of a Pharisee who invited him over for dinner when he breaks out one more parable. This time it is about a certain man who invites guests to a banquet but those invited have excuses why they cannot come. Angry the man tells his servants to fill the banquet hall with the poor, the crippled, the blind, and the lame. Still room in the banquet hall the servant proceeds to the road and country lane and compels those he meets to come to the banquet. This certain man is more concerned about the banquet hall being filled than which guests show up.
