The Stuff of a Disciple - Sunday 8 AM
Series:
Summary
The Stuff of a Disciple
We are all disciples. Martin Luther reminds us that we are part of the priesthood of all believers. In other words, as children of God, we are called to be God's hands, feet, and voices that share a word of good news to the world around us. Before you start to say, "I can't do that look to Jesus." Jesus took a group of people who had different abilities and skills, taught them, and showed them a new understanding of a God who cares for all people. How awesome is that! Each of us has skills and abilities that no one else has. These have been given by God to be used in sharing a word of hope to someone in need. Being a disciple doesn't mean that you have all the answers. We do know, however, that with the confidence of God's Spirit within us, we can do amazing things.
